Manitoba
The Manitoba Provincial Council of CropLife Canada is a non-profit, volunteer organization representing manufacturers, developers and distributors of plant life solutions for agricultural and pest management within the province of Manitoba. We are committed to support CropLife Canada's Mission Statement, Purpose and Objectives and maintain a close liaison with the national organization.
Manitoba Council activities emphasize these ideals to our own provincial members, to end users of our products and to the public. As well, the Manitoba Council ensures that our members are kept informed of CropLife Canada's activities and initiatives, as well as current issues in the industry. The Manitoba Council helps CropLife Canada carry out its national goals and objectives here in Manitoba through the active involvement of the Executive and Committee Chairs.
Education is a high priority of the Manitoba Council. We believe that through educating young people and presenting a complete picture of the food production process we can have a positive effect on the public's perception of our industry. Therefore we annually offer financial support to Ag in the Classroom - Manitoba.
